Super service
I leased a car through ALD for 4 years. You usually don't come into contact with the lease company that often, except in case of problems. The friendliness and expertise of the staff and the well thought-out processes ensure that you are helped quickly with a good feeling. Keep it up!
Super flexible, friendly people and great service!
I have owned a private lease car from ALD Automotive since March this year. Very satisfied with fast delivery, the favorable price, keeping appointments and contact with employees if you have any questions. Can't find me in the low scores of the other reviews. So far a good experience with this company. Therefore 5 stars.
As for a company, do not comply with agreements and then send a collection agency, this is very easy to act.
The whole case black on white. Even phone calls from the business that is ongoing and still do nothing.
Barely any responses to emails, and then they say it is now up to the importer who contacts. Called an importer who knows nothing. Axus called again no it is with the dealer while in writing is the case with the importer.
