Pros: Managed by professionals, they gave us all the advice we needed, clear and unbiased. For example, they recommended certain refueling options that were more appropriate for the use we were going to do, even if it were less profitable for them. Vehicle in very good condition, high performance and comfortable. Cons: Offered price has nothing to do with the final price. It ended up doubled when Coverage and Additional Charges where added! The invoice is very confusing to read and nothing is clearly explained. Very annoying and disappointing. The Total Coverage is way too overpriced. Yes, it is a relief not to be worried if someone scratches the car while parked on the street, however the price is very abusive. Overall: Totally overpriced and invoice very confusing.

Service from the staff is acceptable. However, be careful with the fees which are not clearly shown in the quote you get on their website or 3rd party websites. Or you will be very surprised to see the actual bill when you pick up or return the car. Bad decision to rent car from them, will definitely try other service provider with a more transparent pricing in the future.

I wish I can give you 0 starts. This isnthe worst remtal car company ever. You are.trying to take me money and I’m reading you did the same to others! How can you do this to people?!!! I rented a car, I received a very poor costumer service, the guy that gave me the car was rushing, he just want it me to go and he said there was no need to do a check of the car, that was in perfect conditions. Of course I did it anyway! And I found a bump!!!!! He added it but when I give the car back they find another small one which of course wasn’t in the report. How can I trust it wasn’t there?!!! Of course it wasn’t! And again, the guy on the return point was super rude and on a rush again. So basically the base of hertz is stealing to their costumers. Well done hertz! I hope.you are proud of yourself!
