For second time rented a caddy. First time all was well. Second time the guy seemed nice enough, but in the end it's all about money. Reserved caddy for 2 days initially, then asked if we could return it earlier if we only needed it one day. The man said that would be no problem at all. We made an effort and returned it the same evening. Without a call or warning, they deducted a two day fee!! And it is non-negiotable, even claiming I was certain it would be for 2 days, etc. We are very disappointed by the bad service and communication.
