Very friendly staff.
Unfortunately this company did not return the full amount of the deposit. We lost about 90 €. I personally recommend the more expensive but more reliable for example, Hertz company.
Alamo has a subsidiary along with others under the Enterprise brand. Unfortunately, this company did not hear our complaint.
Disgusting company and unprofessional staff. They charge me twice for a non completed booking. Never again. Save your time and money and go to another company
Worst service, they are charging extra money after 3 months without intimating.. fraud
Take the car safely and don't be afraid anything. We went with friends to Amsterdam. From Moscow we ordered the simplest car on the site Alamo and in Amsterdam airport we were offered a higher class car for the same money. It was a gift! On paperwork 5 minutes, 2 more minutes to inspect the machine and we are happy owners of the new audi. It was a perfect journey thanks to the Alamo. Everything is very clear, simple and friendly.
I would like to sincerely thank the employees of this service who are very responsible and qualitatively doing their work. Thanks to them, staying in the Netherlands was even more pleasant. No surprises and obstacles when taking a car - everything is as transparent as possible, quickly and qualitatively. Now our choice to hire a car is obvious - only the Alamo!
