Wanted to rent a car for a week. By some error upon arrival to airport we were told we needed to go to central Amsterdam to pick up the car. After arriving in central location were told that without credit card they will not rent a car and they accept no other payments. End of the day I paid 100 eur for insurance for a car they refused to rent. No cooperation on refunds, just nicely tricked the young tourists and left me in shock - took my money, gave no product, broad daylight scam - fully legal. Welcome to Netherlands TLDR: This company scammed me out on a 100 euro. I reccomend Diks autoverhuur - at least they give you what you pay for

Do not keep appointments properly. Car with empty tank and not clean. I rented the car for 24 hours and paid neatly, after 12 hours I got a call that the car will be picked up. While I have been on black and white rented and paid for 24 hours. Didn't get my money back either. I told this to the person I rented from who started to become very antisocial while fellow colleagues saw that I was right. Crook. Enough other rental companies that want to be honest, social and affordable.
