Centralparking

We have used both the valet and shuttle parking services of Central Parking over a few years. Yes, there are a few cheaper alternatives but with Central Parking, you know for sure that you will never be late, unlike others.

Safe parking

Absolutely awful. Got brand new mercedes benz back with cigarette smell, gasoline half on while I refueled it just before, driven 200 km in 1 week. No gentleman parking.

I agree with Christian's review. Bringing is completely fine, no problems and nice and smooth and smooth. However, on return, wait a very long time outside, after having called several times yourself. And uninterested employee of central parking who was only hanging out with his matties and did not make any effort and did not understand / was interested in how annoying it is to have to wait with 2 small children in the early morning cold after a night flight from Canada. When the car was finally brought, the driver indicated that he had just left and was driven to Schiphol without delay. So apparently something goes wrong on the planning. NO central parking for us anymore. Worthless!

Unfortunately I have a very bad experience with central parking. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes outside for our car. After I was sent several times from the box to the wall and every time the car would be there in 7 minutes. Is on the way sir ... (lies) they turned out to have lost my car! The car was in a different location than the folder with the keys. Okay, mistakes can be made but lie to your customers? And it gets even worse if you want to reach the company by email to discuss this incident. "We will reply to your e-mail within 1 day," it says on the website. Now 3 emails and 1.5 weeks later still not heard ... 1 star is too much ..
