I asked them for a quote for an item which could gave been done by them. A closure for balcony. But they respond saying that they can't. I still wonder why. Maybe they have more than enough business to give a sh**t😀
Spoke in English to request assistance into my house without the key. The technician came within 20 mins to my house in Westwijk after requesting photo of my lock to ensure they had correct tools. Charged total€135 incl. tax for breaking lock removing lock and installing replacement. Was far better and cheaper than previous quote of €308.00
Not unfriendly on sale, but they weren't that friendly on installation. Can't come hear we are busy .. Maybe we can find a hole next week, just call me .... or send me an email. Eventually placed awning, shutters etc. (5 weeks late) but much damaged and nothing finished / hidden. Everything nice and easy placed, not beautiful but easy fast. Really clumsy, when I confronted the mechanic with that, he couldn't help but agree with me.
Could not be helped with my question about parquet.
The waiting time was very long ???
New electric awning ordered from Hugo Amstelveen where we were helped very well and a few weeks later 2 men came to assemble the awning, both very friendly and very helpful. Absolutely top service at this branch.
