I got to know Fleur through the Ondernemers Vereniging Vijfhuizen, as a fellow member at a meeting, had an animated conversation about the village, but especially about real estate issues. Only when I needed her expertise does it become clear whether and how the customer's wishes are actually met. I can be brief and clear about that in the positive in a few keywords: accurate, open, professional, creative, communicative, result-oriented and proportionally priced. I am the owner of a restaurant in the center of Haarlem and had a dispute with the municipality regarding the placement of a facade terrace. After repeatedly running into a proverbial wall in the municipality, I contacted Fleur. She managed in a short time what I had not been able to do for over a year. Apart from the fact that the term "lawyer" probably inspires fear among these types of authorities, Fleur's search for possibilities, instead of restrictions mentioned by the municipality, was of great value. Needless to say, we have drawn the longest straw. Unfortunately, my restaurant also had to close temporarily due to Corona, which meant that Fleur's declared hours were billed at an unfortunate time.
