We hired this company last year. Everything was fine until our TV didn't arrive at the place where we moved. At first, they didn't want to acknowledge their responsibility, but at least we got half the price of the TV. If it weren't for this bad experience, the service would be good. Therefore, it is not a reliable company for me.

My partner and I used Atlas Movers to relocate internationally from Amsterdam to San Francisco. They were professional throughout, their pricing was in the middle range, and worth every penny. The team in Amsterdam spoke great English and responded quickly to our many, many questions. The Dutch team that packed our 3-story home had a great attitude, and I have never seen glass packed so carefully in my life. Everything made it over with only a few minor chips to furniture that they quickly paid to cover the costs of less than $200. We were handed over to Bloom Re-locations for the San Francisco end, but were still able to get information from Atlas at any time. Our move into our new apartment was delayed a month on the US side by our new building, so Atlas safely stored our crate at a reasonable cost until we were able to move in. Bloom did our unpacking and also did an incredible job. I will happily use both of their services for the next move! Thank you!

I have used this company twice. Once from Paris to Amsterdam over a year ago and once a month ago within Amsterdam. The move from Paris went smoothly. The move within Amsterdam did not. Things were not properly packed resulting in a broken bed piece that left us without a bed for 6 weeks while a replacement was ordered. Furniture reassembly was rushed and sloppy with pieces left off and screws barely in place. Some crew members behaved unprofessionally. A bamboo desk was scratched. Their office did not respond at all to my emails, including my request to file an insurance claim, then disappeared after speaking to me once and saying they would return my call after considering what they would do to make up for my experience. Extremely overpriced for the level of service. I expected much better for the high cost.

Atlas subcontracted the work out to KHZ. The men that came to pack the household goods did their jobs correctly. The office coordinators for both companies are missing in action. Over two weeks and they have not returned my messages. I don't even know if my belongings have even left the country. I could have used PostNL to ship it faster and with tracking.

We had an excellent experience using Atlas to move from Amsterdam to the UK. They were brilliant at logistics and planning, and transported the goods to two locations without any loss or breakage. Their unpacking and support at the destination was superb. Having had bad experiences with other moving companies in other countries we can safely say Atlas is by far the best moving company we have worked with.
