Nice and very new location. Different size of storages. welcoming personnel. Just a tip...when you make a special offer/proposal to a customer, confirm it in writing to avoid misunderstanding and lose a potential deal (like happened). Getting to your premises to sign a deal and discovering that the special offer is not anymore on the table and getting a "you misunderstood my offer" leaves a bitter taste.
