Towing service is ok, but providing replacement transport is downright bad. After 4 minutes of driving I got the message that the tires are soft - if you give a car it must be 100% in order. I got a loan car from the Ford Assist - according to Logicx I have to hand it in at one of their locations according to Ford it is allowed at their location when I pick up my car.
