I paid inflated prices in which I can tolerate for convenience of location but at no cost will I again suffer their tone of voice and be spoken to with such unprofessionalism. Now I can with ease happily use others in the area instead.

Until a year ago we had our (kitten) treated by Sterkliniek. Friendly staff and great help with our kitten in the beginning. Unfortunately, on our first visit regarding vaccinations, we were misinformed at the desk about consultation costs in combination with vaccinations. It has been clearly stated to us that for the first vaccination, costs would only be charged for the consultation. However, this turned out not to be the case at the checkout and "this would also never have been said" (by the same receptionist). In addition, since our kitten was a fussy eater, we received an already open can with food for which we had to pay the full price. Given these uncertainties, we have a strange aftertaste about this location. This made us decide to visit another vet. Our current vet delivers the same quality for a much lower price.

Not only the assistants, but also the vets at this veterinary clinic are a team with a heart. A professional team too, with a lot of experience and with care for animals and without losing sight of the owners (not unimportant!)
