I am disappointed that the telephone employee made no effort to find out the location of the injured animal with me. I wanted to tell where it was (description), but was interrupted with a gruff "we need an address." When I said I didn't know because it was an exit / driveway, she said, “I can't help you, have a nice day. “ I understand that an address is needed, but by figuring this out together, an innocent animal is saved. Too bad no effort is made for this injured animal. I ran out on the road myself to put him aside, but because no help comes, he is left to his own devices.

Very nice man who came to help after having a newborn calf had hoisted a ditch. With his help, the calf was rubbed hot and was able to stand independently. Nice work!
