The consumer service is pretty much non existent here. Nobody was smiling or were being welcoming once we walked in. (Our first time there) Communication with the costumer is 1 out of 10. We sat down on the second floor by the French balcony. Ordered cheese cake and carrot cake with tea. The best carrot cake I have ever had in my life - never knew I liked carrot cake before I tried this one. The cheese cake was dry and just okay tasting. Asked to bring the bill - the girl disappeared for good 15 minutes. We were in a bit of a rush so decided to go downstairs and just pay there. The place was not full of people. We asked to split the bill and the girl said they are not allowed to do that. Like what? First time in my life I hear such non sense. Why in the world wouldn’t you be allowed to split the bill if the client asks you to???!! In disbelief I ended up paying the bill for both of us. Will never come back there again. Just disgusting how they treat their clients there.

Extremely pricy for the size and quality of the food, plus the service was really terrible, the waitress was very rude and not welcoming at all. We wefe 5 and first she brought the food for 2 of my friends and when they finished she brought the rest, so we didn't wven get to eat together... There are much better places in the city that offer the same kind of food and with a welcoming atmosphere. I will bot be back.

Inadequate service. There was nobody at the counter for 10 minutes, then a waiter made a few rude comments while I was waiting for somebody to show up, then they pretended they don't understand that I wanted to buy a whole cake, and, in the end, refused to sell anything, although there was a full fridge of cakes.
