I only bought a film stock that was €10, but as others have said, the guy at the register was very rushed, when I asked for additional information about other film stocks that they were selling, he said he doesn't have anything and just looked at me, waiting for me to leave. The products that I was asking about were right behind him in clear sight. Oh well...
100% scam. Quoting different prices via email than in real life. Avoid at all costs. Also they buy fake 5 star reviews. They are about as scammy as a store can get.
Went there almost 2 years ago, very pushy people and rude service. Bought something that broke, wanted money back but they refused. Got a coupon with big red letters "no refund".

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Also, very pushy. I came just to check what cameras they offer and was attacked with BAD offers and nonsense saying I cannot find it anywhere cheaper. Also, I wanted to sell my camera there. After agreeing on a price, the owner changed the price and started to flip at me saying that I am hustling him. He literally shouted at me 😂
Buying is fine. Trading in is not. The say high trade in prices. But when you get there, not the case.
They look up the lowest selling price for the product on ebay and the take 50% of that selling price.
The products they sell and the prices for that are fair.
