I was fed up that no one could cut curls properly until I found Lotfi. He just looked at my hair and knew what to do, although he did first asked me if I had any special wishes. The atmosphere in the salon was very relaxed and the presentation is just beautiful. Im very happy with the result and will definitely come back. Just the perfect salon with a genius hairdresser and hairstylist.

I first went to Lotfi when he was still at Studio Stroop and stayed with him ever since, which is certainly over 10 years. After Studio Stroop, he opened his first barbershop in Zuid, but quickly moved to his downtown joint in the Red Light District. So I’m proud to say I’m one of his long-standing clients. He is unbelievably passionate at what he does, and very ambitious. He is on a mission to continuously grow the Lotfi brand, recently adding new hair products to the Uber-stylish black-gold signature brand. Always serving his clients with a smile and joking around wherever he gets the opportunity (which is basically always). He is assisted by his cool sister, who has an absolutely amazing eye and touch for hair-colouring. Keep up the great work guys! 🖤💛🖤

Got a perfect haircut as a walk in. I was visiting from America just for the weekend and had some free time to kill so figured why not get a haircut? Lotfi was able to accommodate as a walk in - I walked out 45 mins later with a perfect cut! Will definitely try again next time I come to Amsterdam :)

I was in Amsterdam visiting a friend and she recommended Lotfi, where she's been going for a good while. Had a very warm welcome followed by consultation of my preferred haircut and colour. Went for a full head of highlights (2 colours) and a cut and blow dry and very happy with the results! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Amsterdam. Highly recommended :)
