Worst experience! The interior is really nice and my hairdresser was friendly too. The hair wash and head massage was quite uncomfortable as my hair was being pulled painfully all the time. I never experienced an uncomfortable hair wash/massage before. This was maybe because they didn't brush my hair before the wash? While she cut my hair she never asked me if I was happy with the length. At some point she left "quickly" for 10-15 minutes to attend to another client while I was sitting there staring into the mirror. She blow dried my hair with a brush and cut a bit and told me we were done. I wasn't asked how I wanted it styled, while a client next to me got curls and various hair products and styling tips (she looked awesome). The wash, blow-dry and hair cut was done under 30 minutes and it was apparent that she needed to attend to the other client again (it was 30 minutes before closing) so I felt rushed out of the salon. In the end I didn't like my hair cut, my ends weren't thinned out as planned and are very thick/have knots and point upwards! looks like a cheap hair cut! even friends said so. All in all a very disappointing visit.

I'm from Munich and happened to pass the salon. He made a great impression from the outside. I spontaneously got an appointment right away. I was warmly welcomed and was offered a drink as long as I waited for the barber. after 5 minutes it started already. I wanted a new styling and Randy just advised me great! So I have never experienced such a great advice with any hairdresser. He took a lot of time and met exactly my idea for my haircut. There were also great styling tips. Randy is a super nice and see professional hairdresser. can only recommend the salon. Price performance was great!

I live in the UK and my daughter Emma(who always uses this salon) treated me to a cut and blow dry while she had her gorgeous red hair spruced up. Her hair as always looked amazing and my hair looked and felt the best it ever has. So many compliments too. Thank you so much for taking the time to improve my style and finally I am very happy with my hair.
