Bakkerij Botman

Bakkerij Botman is back in Enkhuizen (Koperwiekplein) and I am very happy with that because every Thursday is tompouc day and the one of Bakkerij Botman is so delicious, mmm!

Unfortunately I saw a moldy pastry in the display case and also said (discrete) and the chocolate letters from the Sint mainly tasted like butter. Annoying but can happen. However, when feedback was given to them (in the empty store), everything was refuted as 'tastes differ' and 'never had any complaints'. The complaint was thus labeled as untrue and the complainant was not heard. And that is unfortunate. Because dealing with feedback is an art that you need to understand in the retail trade. Very customer unfriendly if it concerns a complaint.
