Day we went to have a look, kindly helped, selected tiles and furniture, sir would make a quote and email it to us on Friday, unfortunately now Tuesday, emailed and called 0 reaction. Pity:( Edit: after 3 weeks finally a message, also shared that we had already bought somewhere else because then we got no contact and no information. ' Person indicated that it was custom work and therefore took so long and that we had to understand that, while none made promises about 1-2 days quotation regarding the speed of renovation. Too bad, hopefully they will honor agreements for other customers.

Initially well received in the case. Made an appointment for the renovation of the toilet. Quotation would be there within a few days. We haven't heard from the company for 2 months now. Agreements that have been made are not fulfilled.

these people have helped me nicely. I had a problem where a mechanic came and quickly solved it expertly. I got the invoice which even gave a discount on the tap I bought. ordered a piece of furniture last week and again helped very kindly. due to the special corona circumstances, the seller was very attentive to the situation. glad i stepped in here

A few years ago I had a steam cabin of a renowned brand installed at Baderie laan by the staff of Barderie vd Laan. From the moment the steam cabin was put into operation, we have had quite a few problems with installation. The company that markets these steam cabins had to visit five times to repair the unit. (costs were of course for vd laan) (it took us a lot of free time, time costs money). Today I have had my shower tray re-kittened because the kit was due for replacement and what amazed my surprise the cabin is mounted crooked. I could not observe this at first because they had affixed the bottom to the tiles with a decent layer of acrylic. Now that I have removed everything, you can clearly see how they placed the box. This has been a real mess again. I regret that I ever started working with this company. Never again Baderie. Response to the owner's findings. You are right. The steam cabin was once bought at Sanitair vd Laan. The company transferred to Baderie laan. With the same owner at the helm. Everything will be different now. But when I buy an expensive cabin during a takeover period, you can safely expect that it will be professionally built and installed. I hope things are going better now than when I bought my plumbing. It really is because of the kit work on the shower tray otherwise I would never have posted the review. This was really the last straw for me.
