What a drama company! Asked for a damage report, no problem they said. 50 mails later eventually a (largely self-composed) mail with almost everything that should be in it. Not a report, but an email. Also quotation in advance was not correct, because suddenly VAT had to be added. Article 38 on turnover tax? Lost hundreds of euros but nothing wiser. Never again !!! 🤮🤮🤮

We suspected that our sewer was leaking due to sewer flies in the crawl space. Michel Doorn asked if they wanted to come and see in the short term i.v.m. layer of granules as insulation in the crawl space. Michel Doorn has made someone available in the short term to carry out the inspection. luckily nothing was wrong. This company understands that service is important and if we do have a problem with the sewer, they are the first we call, thanks !! With vr gr Berry and Maaike Landsmeer
