Really good, quickly and friendly helped by José Schooneberg with the application for a mortgage. And very nice that we could also visit in the evenings. We were kept well informed about the status of the application, clear explanations and a quick response to questions. We also thought about our wishes well. From the consultation to the completion to the mortgage, it was only a positive experience. Thanks again!

Despite the fact that we have been kindly helped, we strongly advise everyone to go to 1 vd banks for an affordable, efficient and professional advice !! The Hypotheker is not recommended for the right price / quality ratio. We are disappointed in the whole turn of events YES, NEVER GO TO THE MORTGAGE AGAIN!

When we had a house in mind, we were looking for immediate information about a mortgage application. José Schoonenberg immediately helped us as starters in the housing market. Very nice that she digitally sent us an explanation on a Saturday, which was very pleasant. At that point, the house in question was canceled for us. A few months later, another opening came on the market for us, in the meantime we had asked another advisor for advice through an acquaintance. At that time we had a luxurious position and opted for the other advisor who was closer to home and who knew us a little better. If that had not happened, we would definitely have gone to José, because we also had a very nice feeling about this. Thanks again for the insight you gave us. Mvgr M. Groeneveld & M. vd Busse.
