We wanted to purchase another home and needed mortgage advice for this. Had contact with several advisers, both personally and online. Soon we got a good feeling at Wino van de Steenoven and team at De Hypotheek Lounge in Waalwijk. In short: 1. Wino is a readily accessible fixed point of contact with the possibility to personally visit him (it remains complex matter) and 2. Wino has a lot of experience and therefore saw possibilities and gave confidence in our complex situation. Our situation is not standard, we are a couple with income from an independent company that started only 1 year ago. This turned out to be very difficult for many advisors / banks. The current rules are strict, which means that company annual figures for the past 3 years are mandatory. After a lot of work and continuation of Wino he found a solution through a specialized independent financial consultancy firm that convinced some banks to provide a mortgage, from which we ultimately chose one.

Saturday, December 29, appointment made at 11:00 a.m. for home occupying in waalwijk, we are on time at 10:45 a.m. nobody was home long in the car nobody waited, then decided to leave 11:30 I get mail from this company soory i was late if you arrange mortgage with us i give 250 € discount to you. They are ridiculous agreements that deal with this. First time and certainly last time hence bad feedback.
