Ik had paar maanden geleden een iPhone XS Max smart battery case gekocht maar die was dus kapot.. nouja dat kan gebeuren dus toen had ik hun gebeld en gevraagd of ik een nieuwe kon krijgen omdat degene die ik kreeg kapot was, dat kon. Weekje verder krijg ik mijn nieuwe en ra ra! Die is ook kapot. Dus uiteindelijk heb ik zelf bij Apple een nieuwe moeten kopen omdat die van SB supply kapot werd geleverd tot 2x toe! SLECHT
Item was supposedly in stock. Delivery within the next day. Did not come and without notice it will suddenly take weeks. Tried live chat on Boxing Day. No mention on the site that it is closed. Mail sent, no message "we are closed". The next day an employee sends me: "quite logically I assume that we are closed". Uh no if there is no report and no autoreply no no. Order canceled. Company is based in the Netherlands and does not take Belgium into account while it is a BE url.

At SB Supply I ordered the iOttie Easy One Touch 4 Dashboard & Windshield Mount. It's a fantastic product and it works really well! The service and speed of delivery were also excellent. In short, a top webshop where I will definitely order more.
Fast and good service. After a number of orders, I decided to run everything via SB, very nice: personal service in a webshop. If I can't figure it out, I just call and it is arranged in no time by the friendly SB employees!
