I am never buying from them again. A year and a half ago they sold me a TV. One day, the TV stopped working without any visible reason so I took it to the shop because it was still in guarranty. After confirming that there was no outside damage Patrick said that he had so sent it to LG because they had to do further investigation. What was my surprise when almost three weeks later I make contact with them cause they never called me back and Patrick again tells me that the TV is a total loss and there is nothing they can do and they are giving me nothing back. Two days later I go back to the shop and I see a huge bump on the screen that wasn't there before and eventhough Patrick saw that the TV had no outside damage, he is now saying that he can't do anything because there is no record from the state of the TV when we took it to the shop. The TV was 500€. 500€ that I will never get back and van Amersfoort has gain from me. I am not giving it 0 stars because it is not possible, but be careful before buying from them, they are not profesional or serious and nobody should buy from them at all.

In a word: top! Knowledge of business, great employees, thorough knowledge and advice and great service!
