Unfriendly staff. Just called with a question (customer service is there for questions, right?) Staff in question (joke) thought I should have looked at the news for the answer myself ... and that while the Hema website contradicts the answer. .. Maybe also keep your information up to date before lecturing customers.
Nice shop, wide choice.
Get my regular errands there.
