The quality of Les Mills instructors has deteriorated significantly in recent years. Years ago quality was considered, today only quantity counts. Every instructor brings in a lot of money and that has become more important. Trainers who want to give so many lessons during the quarterly days that they can exercise at half power everywhere. Bad example. EDIT: By the way, HDD Group also makes a habit of deleting critical comments on social media. Apparently the company wants to make you believe that there are no comments and / or comments. Not really credible if only positive reactions can be found.

HDD Group is a star in Lesmills licensing sales but once you sign up, they don't look back on your club. The turnover of account managers is high, as a result of which agreements are not kept. When you ask for help as a gym, they come into action a year later. HDD Group is unknown. New licenses are offered to resolve errors and negligence. And as soon as you as a customer indicate that you want to stop and that they will first have to remove the dissatisfaction, all doors will close. In short: LesMills license is worth nothing for a club, except higher costs. Customers are eventually heard but there is no listening. Worthless and unreliable company.
