Hello! Yesterday I decided to dye my hair at the saloon "Yes!" in Waalwijk. I showed the picture how I wanted to be done. A young hairdresser agreed and confirmed that is no problem to dye my hair. I spend 4 hours in the saloon. 2 hairdressers were looking after me. And the result was tragic! I cried when she started to blow dry my hair...it was so bleached and even had a purple ends...5years I looked after my hair well without dyeing it. All I asked was to add a bit of colour and make it look natural. I payed for this service 96 euros . The young hairdresser promised to fix it the same day or the next day for free. I was so frustrated, upset and angry that just wanted to get out from there. I said to her that I will come next day (today) and I will think at home what I want to do. I decided to ask for the refund and go somewhere else. So today there was another hairdresser , looked a bit more experienced, but I didn't want anyone to touch my hair in that place anymore ever again. And when I asked for a refund she called her manager to ask if she can do so. The answer was NO. My options were : get a product to treat my dry hair from the saloon or that this hairdresser will fix my hair now, or I can go to any other town where they have "YES!" saloons and let one of them fix it. She said that is strickt company's policy and there are no other options. Unbelievable. I just want to get my money back and the most important thing now- fix my hair...
