After a malfunction in the boiler I called around looking for a plumber and I was the fastest at De Haas. He came the same day at the agreed time, with everything needed to fix things. Unfortunately, there was more wrong with the 15-year-old boiler than what the malfunction indicated and then we decided to buy a new boiler. We received good guidance and explanation about the various options and the boiler could already be installed the next day! In the meantime, we were able to borrow a mobile radiator that worked on electricity, which is great. They were there at the agreed times and installed everything properly. I appreciate honest communication and that agreements are kept. I have had less positive experiences with this in the past with other handymen.

Super fast and nice service, with -10 it was very nice to be helped the same day! Since we ran out of hot water and heating. Many companies can learn something from that! Thank Harm and Erik for the good and professional approach to installing our new HR installation quickly and properly.
