In the autumn of 2016, we ordered our bathroom from Sanidirect, regardless of an order error, actually to great satisfaction. Now a little more than 3 years later, there are some parts in the bathroom that show premature wear (concerns some plastic strips from our sliding door, a tap and a mirror) the tap via supplier Grohe was immediately neatly resolved and also in the branch my complaint quickly and quickly. For which nothing but compliments. However, for Sanidrect's after sales / customer service one has to deal with this company "De Badenman" - in a word, what a worthless and terribly arrogant organization. The plastic parts would not fall within the warranty and after I indicated that I did not agree with this, I immediately referred to the conditions. The fact that we have purchased a bathroom for many thousands of euros and that some items are of substandard or very poor quality and that they already fail does not seem to matter. They are also not willing to do anything about it, even if there were only a leniency proposal. To top it all off, there is a final response: "We will stick to our position and will not respond substantively to further correspondence." Apart from the poor syntax, I have never received such a badly substantiated and arrogant answer from an after-sales organization. In front of a mirror worth € 420, there was also an answer after some back and forth correspondence, as a courtesy we could order a completely new copy with a 20% discount. The gore. On the basis of a photo it can be seen that it would be "maintenance". It wouldn't be a production error (well, I think that's pretty clever that one can determine that without having seen the article at all). Apart from the fact that the solution offered is a cigar out of its own box, I find it scandalous that people are so laconic with a complaint about a clearly qualitatively substandard product of just over 3 years old that has just been out of warranty. Safe to say that I am NOT going to order our toilet that needs renovation from Sanidirect, even though the shop and sales organization is in principle just fine. Furthermore, the legal aid can sort it out, I NEVER buy anything from this company and I would advise against it to anyone. Because if you have to deal with their after sales service, it is apparently best to call in legal assistance immediately.
