From the first minute that Joris entered our home for an exploratory meeting, we immediately had a good feeling about it. The sentence "We do what we say" stayed with us until the sale of our house. Because a deal is really a deal! Add to this the pleasant conversation with the copywriter, who described our story about our home very aptly. And the photographer / stylist who, in addition to beautiful photos, also gave very good tips. We found the app group with Joris and Dian very useful, to quickly inform each other. Very nice were unexpected gifts, such as a candy bag because the kids had cleaned up their room for a viewing. Super nice, you are doing well! The idea was great that Joris is available almost 24/7. A question in the evening or at the weekend: no problem. Joris is always friendly, delighted, passionate and positive, in short: a very nice broker!

It was beyond expectations, the collaboration with Joris and Dian. Our apartment was sold quickly - partly thanks to the well thought-out sales plan. We were kept informed immediately via a WhatsApp group. The viewings were bundled and efficiently planned. Especially useful during a period of working from home.
