Fast and good communication with Hugo Finkers, Roel van Delft and Melanie van Veldhoven. And not only during office hours, but also in the evening when necessary. And always a listening ear for our countless questions and doubts. Good advice on the strategy to be followed and their experience brought peace and confidence in the sale of our special house. Hugo Finkers' critical eye was also very good in the search for a new home, especially to put our enthusiasm in the right perspective and to ask and sense what was important to us. And now very happy with the purchase of a beautiful house in the perfect place. The guidance and advice and quick feedback regarding the mortgage from Jan van de Nieuwegiessen were also particularly nice!

Coincidentally ended up at Staete Makelaars after purchasing our new-build home in Waalwijk. For the sale of our house in Tilburg, we made an obligation-free appointment with Roel van Delft van Staete. He came to us for the valuation, immediately a good feeling, no blah blah but a clear story. Took the time, listened to our wishes and immediately stated a realistic asking price. Also during the sales process nice contact, via a group app and a web account we were kept informed of everything and it was also easy to ask a question or to pass on / receive information. The sales photos were great, so the pleasant atmosphere of our house has come across very well. After all the viewings we received a telephone update. Ultimately, our house was sold very quickly for a good price. Our compliments to Roel van Delft and Michael Emmerik!

Had great experiences with Staete Makelaars. Michael Emmerik has perfectly taken care of all concerns. Short lines of contact, clear agreements and adequate information. Staete's office is also very approachable. If you have any questions or if anything is unclear, you will be helped quickly and effectively. Michael and Staete; keep up the good work!

Unfortunately had a very bad experience with this broker. Made clear agreements together (hoping not to miss out on a purchase), after which from Staete's side these agreements are completely ignored and written off as a mistake. Pity.

Do you know that feeling? You have bought another house and you want to get rid of your own house as quickly as possible. I was so happy with Staete Waalwijk! Within a day Melanie and Victor were in our house to appraise the house. And within a week it was for sale. The most important thing ... then it was also sold within a week. I am very satisfied with the short lines. Victor and Sonja kept me well informed. In short, I would recommend Staete Waalwijk to everyone!
