Mister is a few minutes late which is not a problem but just let us know if apologizing on arrival is neat. Furthermore, very unfriendly and no knowledge about the house, although he had indicated this. The house was not popular, but even if the house had been liked, we would still not want the house because this gentleman was again very unfriendly and very uninterested in the tour.

Unfortunately I have chosen this appraiser, they do not keep you informed and if you email them you will get no response, if you call them they know nothing and they say they call you back but they do not, I had agreed that there was an emergency and for this I had to pay extra they had promised me to be ready within 1 day but were ready 2 days later, when I called them how far they were with my appraisal they said it could take a long time because I didn't urgently said, unfortunately for them that I record all my conversations and everything is recorded. People please do not go into the sea with these people be warned

Initial appraisal was carried out, but we had to go after the appointment repeatedly, since we received no confirmation. After several phone calls and no response, we received a confirmation on the day itself, after calling again. The appraisal was done only the agreed price (booked through appraiser comparator) was suddenly almost 150 euros higher, it apparently took a lot of effort to adjust this. We then started renovating and the bank asked for an appraisal report with an estimate after the renovation itself, indicating that the appraiser can, as it were, once again open and complete the report. Again contacted, but again we were repeatedly not called back despite commitments. It was finally agreed that they would "retrieve" the report and only come to take some additional photos. An additional amount has been set for this. Anyway, that appointment was made almost three months ago and since then we have not heard. We are not called back and we do not respond to text messages, whatsapps and emails. Very unprofessional and customer unfriendly. We certainly do not recommend Carré (Langstraat appraisers) as an appraiser. It is a great pity that we now have to share this experience, since contact appears to be no longer possible.
