I see they are very weary of their reputation being only positive but at the same time... A very prejudice or even discriminatory attitude towards expats! Because of my initial English and then switching to Dutch the lady on the phone asked us: “ Maar spreek je alleen Nederlands of ben je gewoon Nederlands?” There is no need to ask this unless you have a problem with servicing non-Dutch customers. My advice if you are an expat - go to the bigger makelaars like : Hendriks Makelaardij - fantastic service and professional attitude!
