I brought my 5 year old french buldog here for a consultation followed by an operation to provide her better breathing standards. From the beginning till the end, I was very satisfied with everything. I was informed about every step of the process, what was going to be done, what should be expected after the operation etc. Our doctor, Marco, was very calming and quick. Everything was done in half an hour and the result was very positive. A couple of hours after the operation I could already hear the improvement in my dog's breathing and the reduction in the snoring. Other than that, the personnel was very kind too and everyone speaks English there. Regarding the costs, I think the bill was not high considering the prices in the Netherlands and the caliber of the clinic and doctors working there. I know, because I have been to quite many clinics and vets in Germany and in the Netherlands. All in all, I am very glad that we went there. I definitely recommend this place to buldog owners thinking about an operation.

We drove over 530 km to get help for our 2 year old French Bulldog Bronson. Everybody in the clinic was very nice and they took very good care of Bronson and us. Everything was explained to us in detail and we were able to be with Bronson the whole time. We even watched the surgery through the glass doors. Bronson had his tonsils removed, the soft pallet shortened, nostrils widened and was neutered. All in one surgery. Everything went well and today (3 days after the surgery) he is feeling a lot better already. His breathing is very calm when he sleeps, when he's up it's still a bit rough but I think this is normal as the wounds are not healed yet. We are super happy about how everything went and how experienced and professional the team at Sleeuwijk is. We would easily do this trip again! Thank you for everything already :)
