First take a dog for surgery because of '' kidney stone ''. Then not operated, but the belly shaved and anesthetized. Then ALSO give a bill of € 200 + for anesthesia, ultrasound and medicines. They do not yet know what is going on and you will not see Mister Boer. Only a "Trainee" behind the counter who can't even explain the medicines. They are worthless tinkers, rip-offs.

Kat had acceptance with one of our dogs, broken eye and jaw. Tells us that we had to get under emergency and that they would have to operate on our cat as soon as possible. Cat left there at 9:30 am and heard nothing, we call at 5:00 pm we are told that nothing has happened to our cat because there were more urgent cases that were more important and that we have to call 8:30 pm. If there is no time for our pet let us know so we can look for another option. If we call at 8:30 pm we are told that our cat did not survive the anesthesia, so we are going to pick up our cat. It turned out that our cat was not dead and in its own stools in a bowl in a sink light. According to the vet, there was nothing strange about what had happened this day except that our cat was not dead, that was strange according to him. Subsequently, the vet treated us with disrespect / unprofessionalism and refused to admit that mistakes had been made at his end. We finally let our cat sleep in at another vet's. Do not approach this veterinarian with pets, mainly not under emergency.

A good experienced veterinarian. But those assistants ... last time one wrote the name of the new cat still wrong in the book after 3 times of spelling. And now after falling asleep to my dear old cat she only said: that is 73 euros and: still a nice weekend ... strength I found more appropriate after 13 years of loving and suffering with my cat. Pff is a great assistant today
