Customer for more than 20 years until I looked more indepener today after I had requested an overview of my insurance + premium from RP. MY GOD what a scammers !!!!! Really all my 5 insurance policies were more than half cheaper at independer on an annual basis. What a cock I am ....... I find this cabal scammers!

very rude way of communicating to their customers have been assured here for years before it was taken over by the current firm. and under this name they have never heard of customer courtesy. everything goes fine here until there is something that you need to contact and you want to use the service that you can expect from an intermediary, then things go wrong. you will be aborted by telephone quite quickly they have a short fuse, especially confess Mr. Roovers. they explain everything once, but in their own way and you have to deal with that. whether this is correct or not the communication level is zero maybe a tip to go to communication training will do the company good. because with a question or if you want to have something made clear, the stops almost immediately jump through, it seems as if they are reluctant / frustrated to carry out their work. I would say doing fine keep up the good work. will eventually be good for the customer base.
