Part purchased. Needed quickly but would be shipped immediately. We eventually receive a defective part after 4 days. Had contact. A new part would be shipped immediately. Again emphasized that there was really a hurry. After 5 days of calling (with a different story every day, but it would have been shipped ...) it turned out that the part had not been shipped. Reported that I was going to get the part urgently elsewhere the same day and requested a refund. Wasn't a problem. I even returned the old part out of leniency. However, after many emails and more than a month and a half of waiting (and many promises that it will be refunded) I have no money and no part anymore. Called yesterday by the company with apologies that it all went wrong. They immediately transferred the money back. Problem solved

When I had not received the calipers after 2 days, I saw the reviews of this company. I was since then convinced that they would no longer come, or at least not as I expected them to. So I gave them a call and they were late idd, but would be delivered the next day. Contrary to my expectations, this was correct. Hence this positive assessment. When I read it back now I also see that most of them have received the parts, but often late or incorrect numbers. My advice with this company is to ask for photos to confirm the correct part for yourself. As with many second-hand trade, the warranty is often a sham. Don't waste your trouble with returning.

We ordered a part here, which was not delivered at first, but after 2 weeks of waiting, the part was suddenly there, but we no longer needed it (now ordered and received it elsewhere). Afterwards we consulted to return the part, and we were promised that we would get the amount (€ 115, -!), But despite repeated calls and e-mails we still received nothing! Update review: After 3 months suddenly called by the owner of this company who apologized and the matter was still neatly resolved by a full refund! So finally neatly resolved.

After a long search for a part of my Golf 5 from mid-2006, I ended up at K-Cars. Was helped by a very nice young man who kept his appointments all neatly. Delivery time of my part was neat within 1 day.

Good company, part ordered and not delivered, lost in the mail, but still got my money back .. good service and effort ...
