Promise a lot on the phone but once the insurance is taken out and you have a problem then they cannot help of course like so many insurance companies. Too bad you have to give a star before you can post otherwise I would not have given a star.

Excellent building insurance with good agreements and despite the fact that I could not insure my moped car that I had to go to another insurance, it was handled well

Have gone through my insurance with 2 employees. Still has a saving of 7% on top of my package discount. All in all a useful hour of my time.

Very poorly accessible by phone. No matter what time you call, always a queue and after an hour of calling nobody is on the line. Too bad, because a year or two ago I could always get someone on the line of Unive the South.
