For 3 years now I have been receiving a standard email every 2 months with a request for payment. I have given up responding after 1 year, because my emails are not even read. It appears to be a completely automated system. Once in a while you threaten with seizure, but if you do not respond, you will not get over the bridge. You have been claiming and threatening to be able to recover a claim against me for years now, but this lingering issue is starting to become laughable. Very unprofessional and complaintable behavior Timmermans !! Xavier

House evacuation with bailiff from AGIN TIMMERMANS, a claim of € 7,000 yields € 0.00, a peppery bill of € 1750, for example removal company (certified) a € 650 excl. VAT, commissioned by bailiff, only came forward, despite my refusal to use this, it was known that there was no household effects was present, or I (as a private person) who had not been renting for more than 6 months received more, wanted to transfer that amount within the specified period .... oh yes, after indicating my financial situation I was allowed to pay in 2 installments. this company is certainly not thinking of private landlords, with good intentions! any understanding or leniency would be in place!
