In the second week of January 2014, contact was made with Mr van Kaam for the installation of a radiator. Reasonably quickly a technician visited to see what the possibilities are, a work letter / quotation would come. Called two weeks later where the offer remained, no problem is coming but no timelines to be agreed with Van Kaam if he already talks to you. Can't say anything about the quality of work. But if he delivers work and registers complaints as if he deals with quotation requests ... not a reliable partner.
