My mother of 78 years bought a dishwasher in 2017 at this company. Deliberately chosen a case virtually next to her apartment for convenience. At the end of 2018 a large leakage and mold formation was discovered which meant that the entire apartment had to be emptied and the laminate had to be removed to let it dry completely. Probably the dishes have leaked from the beginning and all this moisture has come under the laminate. My mother spent a month in a hotel. The contractor discovered a piece of tape around the drain hose from the dishwasher and that the appliance is leaking. I went to v. Benthum, but the owner told me that they did not have that tape and that they did not do this. My mother, in need of help, can of course never pull out a dish from a casing and have done this. I have asked v. Benthum to check and repair the dishes, there was still a guarantee of AEG. In January. 2019 a mechanic of a business in Beek came. He called me at work with the announcement that he had repaired a tap in the cupboard. Of course we were concerned about the drainage hose from the dishes, but unfortunately he did not have them with him. Strange ... this was the known problem. A week later the discharge was repaired and my mother was asked how she wanted to pay ... pins ?? But ho .... there is a guarantee! The mechanic would contact v. Benthum. A few days later, the repair appears to have been done incorrectly: the water literally appears under the dishes from drips. We are scared after a month of misery and a damage item of almost 10,000 euros! Back to v. Benthum. This time he will send an engineer from aeg. This expert mechanic finds that there is a hole of a few millimeters in the (new ???) drain hose and fixes it. Because v. Benthum, however, has a mechanic in Beek, the warranty has expired. And now it comes ... yesterday my mother got the bill from the repairer from Beek: almost 140 euros for replacing the drain hose! Call-out costs? 35 euros! V. Benthum is really next to my mother's apartment. And v. Benthum was aware of the fact that this drain hose was broken. He should have discussed this with the company in Beek! This 2nd leak meant for us that the floor had to be opened again, fortunately no damage because we discovered the raft this time. V. Benthum looked up with the message that we are not going to pay this bill. You understand the reason! V. Benthum ??? I would not buy a battery yet! They clearly have no personnel to do a repair themselves, so you get a mechanic from another place of residence. Worthless business with an owner who does nothing for his customers.

This year we bought a Samsung vacuum cleaner from EP Heinz van Benthum. Unfortunately he did worse and that's why we contacted this store. It had already been discussed by telephone that there was still a warranty on the vacuum cleaner, so we could deliver the vacuum cleaner to the store. Upon arrival, the salesperson present was told that there had been contact with another colleague and that the vacuum cleaner was now being handed over. Then the data was looked up again and it was said in a very blunt and rude manner that the data regarding the vacuum cleaner was suddenly no longer known. After it was suggested that we seemed to be lying, a very unpleasant and totally unfriendly response followed. We have already bought various products from this store, such as a dishwasher, a dryer, an airfryer and the vacuum cleaner. It is clear that we will avoid this matter in the future and absolutely advise against any new customers. As new residents of Groesbeek, we wanted to support the middle class, but apparently enough customers. We are going to Doorman in Nijmegen again because customer service and service are of paramount importance. A star is actually too much.
