I was looking for information that I needed to be able to assess whether we could replace our gas boiler with a heat pump. Mr Van der Ven took all the time to think along. He came to the conclusion that in our case it was not self-evident that a heat pump would be a good solution for us and suggested experimenting with the setting of the current central heating boiler for a whole winter. He guided me by phone in lowering the KWh and temperature of our central heating boiler. If it turns out during the winter that we cannot heat the house comfortably with this, we will 'play' with the settings until we can achieve a pleasant indoor temperature. As soon as we have succeeded, we know very precisely whether a heat pump is a good solution for us, or whether we are still stuck with the gas for the time being. Mr Van de Ven: Thank you!
