Total chaos as a DHL service point. Gave my package to someone else, DHL declared guilty, no help offered, rude, and no apologies offered. Unreachable by phone because the answering machine (at 11 am Wednesday). As a package point I can only advise against unreliable and without any service awareness.
Poor print service.
Tried to print and bind my thesis (100+ pages). However, poor equipment that prevented me from binding in the end (the perferator always crashed). Was also badly helped by the employee present. Finally went to another print shop on the royal road. Everything could be perforated and bonded together within a few minutes.
Nice shop, nice and close and they are always cheerful!
Excellent service! They take all the time for customers and deliver 100% quality! Recommended!
