No one in the store in Soest for days and the telephone is not answered. There is a note 'back within 15 minutes', but that is not the case if you wait hours in front of the store. Turned in my phone for repair but wonder if it will come back. Called the head office and found out that there is an unreliable employee. Hopefully I can still get my faulty phone back and it has not been stolen. Switch with the police tomorrow. There is company data on the phone that is now gone. Do not hand in your phone to RepairExpert!
