This is an excellent Hifi business. Mark and his colleagues are very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and service-oriented and the range is pretty wide, from Sonos and Bluesound to high-end (€€€€) equipment and home cinema. I bought a set with Accuphase, Bluesound and Dynaudio. After an initial meeting and two listening appointments in the store in Soest, the equipment was placed at my home without obligation (!). I always got a quick and clear answer to apps or e-mails with questions. After some doubts on my part, Mark even came by with alternative speakers. If something was not there, it was ordered without obligation to listen to in the store. Installation in the house was done very neatly and carefully.

Wlide place an order and I contacted the owner by phone with the announcement that I wanted hi-fi equipment for +/- 3000 euros order but that there could be a risk that I would not like it. The fact that I have to do this has 2 reasons 1 I don't have a car 2 Hi-Fi choice has nothing of everything and thus hifi choice also has to be ordered. The owner told me that he would rather not have this because he would then be left with stuff to which I asked why he was running a functional webshop and mainly cables were ordered. I therefore suggested to the owner whether It would not be better to explain to the customer in text via the webshop that although you can order equipment, you would rather not take more back, or if you prefer that the customer only orders cables. After that the further defense became even more unclear and I said goodbye. Dear owners of hifi choice, if I had not had the sociality to contact you first regarding order via your webshop, and I had returned the items, then you would not have liked this. The above is of course very confusing and very customer unfriendly and the lack of this information is very bad. So when a customer simply orders a device via the webshop and this later returned, then these gentlemen are not happy with it. I have 1 good advice, stop the webshop, or explain to the people in text that you prefer that only cables may be ordered, otherwise this story is / will be unbelievable and I recommend the hi-fi / audio no longer offer devices via the webshop if you prefer not to have customers route them but give them the opportunity to do so. Very weirdrrrr.
