Bought a phone in 'used condition' for my mother over a year ago. I enjoyed it for a year, but after a year the phone started to malfunction and the battery gave up completely. After reaching out to Refurbished, which involved waiting a long time for a response, I was told that the phone had suffered 'massive significant damage' due to external factors expiring the warranty. The phone was bought in used condition at all! Phone has always been in a protective cover, with a glass plate covering the screen. No additional damage was done! And yet the warranty is void. What a BS. In short; don't rely on the warranty.

Unreliable service and unattainable customer service! Device purchased with the promised delivery time within 1 day, but nothing received after 3 days and customer service is unavailable; after waiting 2x 25 minutes still no answer. Given the large amount of comparable reviews, my experience with this company is more the norm than the exception. It is striking that the company is better able to respond to negative reviews (often with the advice to call customer service - but then make sure that they are available ...) than to provide a decent series in the first instance.

I ordered an iPad on December 17th. It was delivered late every day and it turned out to be the wrong model. The customer service does not respond to emails, and after waiting endlessly I would get an RMA number. This one did not come and I had to call again and put on hold. After returning the iPad, nothing was heard again. Repeatedly emailed and called but still haven't got my money back after two weeks.

Given the many dissatisfied comments here and my own experience, it smells like a scam ... Bought an iPad 10.5 on September 21, 2020 (ORD90968384). But after a few months, the iPad wouldn't charge anymore; the battery had completely failed. Returned to Refurbished on December 8 and received notice on December 16 that the iPad was received. I haven't heard from them since. On December 30th I sent them an e-mail with a request for more information, I never got anything back. Called a week later but after half an hour the connection is lost with the request to leave a message. I requested contact in the chat on the website, I requested contact on Facebook. In the end I called the supplier myself to ask if they knew more, but they refer me back to Refurbished.nl. In the meantime I try to call them again and I am on hold for another half hour…. and the connection has been lost.

Bought a device on 9/12/2020. Received a defective device on 11/12/2020. returned and still no refund after almost a month. Customer service after more than 20min waiting not available after several days. Fast if you want to buy but extremely slow to get their problem solved. In the meantime many mails & telephones later, my time is also not free to solve your problem.
