Already from the AV9000 in 1993 we are customer and always been happy with this company. Even after the takeover by the Rozestraten brothers, the service has remained at the high level that we were used to, as evidenced by the recent modification to our equipment.
B & O shop with friendly helpful (also German speaking) staff. Parking directly at the shop.
Beosound 8 offered for repair, device picked up again, bill more than 125 euros. Device turned out not to work at home, called. "sorry not checked if it did." after having had email contact, I was asked if I wanted to pay another 250 euros for extra repairs. No refund. Am I going back?
Great help! Beosystem 4000 did not work, gave no sound anymore. Was tested immediately and approved. The problem later turned out to be at home in the Beolink, I was able to solve it myself.
