We give 1 star for this unprofessional law firm. Actually, 1 star is already too much, but giving zero stars is unfortunately not possible. This company charges collection costs over collection costs over collection costs over collection costs, in violation of the law. If you ask for a clear (and law-based) explanation, you'll be told to just pay, or they'll sue you. The strange thing is that we have already paid everything and there is no debt (we have designated payment). Even worse: it turns out afterwards that they quickly try to recover their claim - which is incorrect in law - through the notary of the seller from the purchase price that the buyer has to pay. This is of course not reported to us. No, because then we would find out. Very unreliable! Their client, a VVE, must have bought sharply, because one has to go that far in order to slyly extract money. This office is a typical milking case. Phone calls are not answered despite various callback requests. We are now in consultation with the Bar Association. It turns out that they have their notes sent by non-lawyers, so that they cannot be caught, they think. However, their lawyers are responsible for the state of affairs of the firm. I hope they will sue us because then we can show their actions to the court, with their collection costs about collection costs about collection costs about collection costs about collection costs. The last word has not yet been spoken about this. We give zero stars to this company. UPDATE After calling the President of the Bar, we were called within 2 minutes by an employee of the firm and the problem could be solved immediately at no extra cost.
