Very bad and dodgy lawyers, screwed up a simple notification and claim to be experts on many topics, however did not even know of the simplest of applicable laws. Exhorbitant declarations, avoid at all cost

I really didn't know anything about corporate law in Spain. Still quite mistaken as to what is involved if you want to open a branch in Spain. I decided to call in a lawyer in Spain via this party, and I was very happy with it. Also helped with my other international legal issues.

Opening a second branch in Spain seemed a little easier than it turned out. Fortunately, Gimbrère advised me to do the opening with a little more structure and to arrange it a little better on paper. In retrospect, very happy with it!
