Ordered bacon cakes at the end of March, would be delivered within 2 working days, received this only after one week. Sent back according to their terms of delivery. Upon inquiry it appears that Jem's cookies have no delivery terms at all from the Webwinkelkeurmerk. Jem's cookies also did not respond to Klachtkompas. It also appeared from inquiries that they had not been at the Tong Tong Fair in The Hague for a few years. To date, I have not received the amount due, they are still not available by phone and by email. But apparently customers can still order. So be warned!

Jem's Koeken does not comply with the delivery agreements. Does not respond to emails and does not pay after order cancellation. A company that is not reachable by telephone and does not respond to e-mails does not really deserve a review star. Despite better experiences with this company in the past, this is the last time we have ordered anything. That is why our advice is: no longer order from this company that lacks good communication with its customers.

Does anyone know how I can get in touch with the company directly? The mail does not respond and the phone does not respond. 23-01 ordered something and still no spekkoek or message quake ..

Great spekkoek and you can also buy directly at a competitive price! Soon we will visit again.
